Former Chief Petty Officer with over two decades in the Royal New Zealand Navy, including several operational deployments overseas. Now a mortgage adviser with dual Level 5 qualifications in both residential property lending and investment lending, a rare combination in New Zealand. I also spent years running a large trades and renovation business, so I understand cash flow pressure and self-employed income better than most advisers.
